What Will Be Deleted
When you submit a deletion request for your PrinCio account, Rausheena Group will permanently remove:
- Your employee profile (name, email, job title, profile photo)
- All attendance, check-in/check-out, and shift records linked to your account
- Location history and GPS logs collected through PrinCio
- Work reports, task updates, notes, and uploaded documents
- Login credentials and session history
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all data listed above cannot be recovered. Certain records may be retained for legal or statutory compliance purposes only and will be clearly communicated to you.
Deletion Timeline

Submit Request
Complete and submit the form below. You will receive a confirmation email.

Verification (1–2 business days)
Our IT team at Rausheena Group verifies your identity and employment status before processing.

Account Deactivated (within 7 days)
Your PrinCio account is deactivated and access is revoked immediately.

Data Erased (within 30 days)
All personal data associated with your PrinCio account is permanently deleted from Rausheena Group's systems within 30 days.
You will receive a final confirmation email once your data has been fully erased.
