By installing and using PrinCio, you acknowledge that you are an authorized employee or contractor of Rausheena Group and agree to the data practices described in this policy. This policy should be read alongside the Company's Employee Handbook and IT Acceptable Use Policy.
Scope and Applicability
This policy applies to:
- All full-time and part-time employees of Rausheena Group who use PrinCio.
- Contractors, field staff, and temporary workers who have been granted access by management.
- All data collected through the PrinCio mobile application on company-issued or personal devices registered with the company.
Access to PrinCio is granted solely for legitimate work purposes. Unauthorized use or sharing of app credentials is strictly prohibited.
Information We Collect
a) Personal Identification Information
- Full name and employee ID.
- Company email address.
- Job title and department.
- Profile photo (if provided).
b) Location Data — Field Employees Only
Precise GPS location is collected ONLY for employees whose roles require field work and who have received explicit written approval from their line manager.
- Location tracking is active only during approved working hours or field assignments.
- Employees will be clearly notified within the app whenever location tracking is active.
- Location data is accessible only to authorized managers and the IT/HR department.
- Location tracking is never enabled without prior management approval and employee acknowledgment.
- Office-based employees will never have their location tracked.
c) User-Generated Content
- Reports, task updates, notes, and communications submitted through the app.
- Photos or documents uploaded in connection with work assignments.
- Attendance logs, check-in/check-out records, and shift data.
d) Device and Usage Data
- Device type, operating system version, and app version.
- Login timestamps and session activity.
- App feature usage for performance monitoring and support purposes.
How We Use Your Information
Rausheena Group uses data collected through PrinCio solely for the following legitimate business purposes:
- Managing employee schedules, tasks, and internal communications.
- Monitoring field employee attendance and work location during approved assignments.
- Providing management with operational oversight of field activities.
- Generating internal reports and performance records.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of company systems and data.
- Providing technical support and resolving app issues.
- Complying with applicable labor laws and company policy.
PrinCio data is used exclusively for internal business operations and will never be used for commercial advertising or sold to third parties.
Location Tracking — Approval and Controls
Given the sensitive nature of employee location data, Rausheena Group applies strict controls:

- IT Service Providers: With third-party vendors providing hosting, security, or technical support — bound by strict data processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: When required by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
- Internal Investigations: In the event of a disciplinary or security investigation, as permitted under company policy and applicable labor law.
Rausheena Group does not share employee data with external advertisers, data brokers, or unauthorized third parties under any circumstances.
Data Security
We take the security of employee data seriously. PrinCio employs the following safeguards:
- All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
- Data at rest is stored in encrypted form on secure, access-controlled servers.
- Access to employee data is restricted by role-based access controls.
- The IT team conducts regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Employees are required to use a secure login and must not share their credentials.
In the event of a data breach affecting employee personal information, affected employees will be notified promptly in accordance with applicable law and company policy.

Account Deletion — PrinCio
In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy, PrinCio users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data from Rausheena Group's systems.
To submit an account deletion request for your PrinCio account, visit our dedicated deletion page or email our IT team directly.
How to Request Deletion
- Online form: fitolite.com/princio-delete — fill in your name, work email, and submit.
- By email: Send a request to it@rausheenagroup.com with subject line "PrinCio Account Deletion Request" and include your full name and employee ID.
- In-app: Go to Settings → Help → Contact IT Support.
What Happens After You Request
- Your PrinCio account will be deactivated within 7 days of request verification.
- All personal data (profile, location logs, work records) will be permanently erased within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email at each stage from Rausheena Group IT.
- Certain records may be retained beyond 30 days only where required by applicable law or statutory obligation.
Personal Devices (BYOD)
If you install PrinCio on a personal device, please note:
- Only app-related data is accessed — we do not access your personal files, contacts, photos, or other apps.
- Location data is only collected through the PrinCio app and only when the app is active and tracking is approved.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and app credentials secure.
- Upon leaving the company, you will be required to uninstall PrinCio and your access will be remotely revoked.
No Minors
PrinCio is an enterprise application intended solely for adults employed by Rausheena Group. No person under the age of 18 is authorized to use this application. If we become aware that a minor has registered, the account will be immediately deactivated.
Terms of Service
Use of PrinCio is subject to the Rausheena Group Terms of Service, which governs acceptable use, content standards, and employee responsibilities when using company applications.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Rausheena Group may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves or as legal requirements change. Employees will be notified of material changes via the app or company email at least 7 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of PrinCio after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
